Case #001

Retail
An IT company developing solutions for large businesses in the online retail segment approached us. They already had two offices: one in Moscow and one in Dubai.
Our tasks:
  • Registering a company in Mexico remotely without the presence of shareholders
  • Selecting the appropriate legal entity format (the company’s shareholders were two individuals from Russia)
  • Determining the tax regime
  • Registering the company with all social authorities
  • Opening a multi-currency bank account
We completed the registration tasks within 2 months, and the bank account was opened in just 2 weeks—a record for Mexico.

The entire project took 6 months, as part of the time was spent coordinating documents from the shareholders and finalizing the charter.
Additional tasks emerged during the process:
  • Tax and accounting outsourcing
  • Changing the shareholder structure with a change in management
  • Handling corporate contracts (providing legal consultations on contract law)
How quickly could these issues have been resolved without our support? We can't even imagine. But we thank our entire team for their coordinated efforts and for supporting the client at every stage of the process.
You need us if you:
  • Are planning to relocate your business to LATAM
  • Are already conducting business in LATAM countries
  • Are just considering starting a business here but don't know where to begin
